Here we have Rarity in her detective outfit from S05E15 "Rarity Investigates!" 

To be honest, this is probably one of my most favorite plushies to date! So much 

Construction ~

Like always, she is made from several different colors of minky, with armature wire in the tail to give support. There are a few light gradients airbrushed onto her tail for added accuracy and depth. Her coat is made from a red faux suede with pink satin accents. The buttons on her coat are epoxied onto place. I had trouble finding a buckle small, but simple enough to use for her coat. Instead I fabricated one from armature wire and spray painted it black which worked quite well! Unfortunately I am nowhere near good enough to make an outfit this complex removable, so it's staying on her for good.
